Seating is key. Always think about the length of time a meeting with a client will take on the stand. If they are generally quiet quick, bar stools and high tables will work better. If the meetings are more involved then comfy lower seating is the way forward.
However, be aware that it is easier to get somebody onto the stand than off again. Exhibitions can be very tiring and therefore if you have comfortable seating people are likely to linger. The key is to make it comfortable but not create a resting place for all and sundry.
