Although lead scanners are great on a stand, they can cause confusion when running through all the leads after the show, due to this system being so impersonal.
I have always found a simple lead form and clip board to be are far better system, because you can put notes on there to jog your memory about potential clients you spoke to. (this could be a tie that someone was wearing or the colour of their shoes). Remember, you will speak to a lot of people during an exhibition and it is near impossible to remember exactly who you spoke to about what – therefore a simple note can be invaluable.
